No individual listed below, other than Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, has been charged with crimes related to Epstein’s offenses. These entries are drawn from publicly reported findings by major news organizations.

CLINTON ADMINISTRATION (1993–2001)

Epstein cultivated relationships with Clinton-era officials primarily during their post-government careers. Bill Clinton rode on Epstein’s jet multiple times and visited his island; Clinton has denied wrongdoing.

Key connection is Kathryn Ruemmler, who served as White House Counsel and also as Associate White House Counsel under Clinton. Larry Summers also appears prominently. Obama himself is not named in email correspondence.

Multiple current and former Trump administration officials appear in the files. Trump himself is mentioned over 38,000 times. Several Trump figures corresponded with Epstein AFTER his 2008 conviction. Trump has denied wrongdoing and claims he parted ways with Epstein in the mid-2000s.

BIDEN ADMINISTRATION (2021–2025)

Epstein died August 10, 2019 — over a year before Biden took office. No Biden officials have been identified in email correspondence with Epstein. The Biden DOJ maintained the case as an open investigation and declined to release files, citing the ongoing Maxwell appeal and victim privacy concerns.
